贝蒌止嗽散治疗小儿慢性咳嗽干咳类型疗效观察

摘要：
目的: 观察贝蒌止嗽散(贝母瓜蒌散合止嗽散加减)治疗小儿慢性咳嗽中以干性咳嗽为主要临床表现的咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)及呼吸道感染后咳嗽(PIC)的疗效。
方法: 2014年6月至2015年9月东莞市长安医院中医门诊及儿科门诊就诊的慢性咳嗽患儿100例，按患儿自动选择科室分为中医组和西医组各50例，西医组予西医常规治疗，口服马来酸氯苯那敏片、硫酸沙丁胺醇片、溴己新|中医组予中药贝蒌止嗽散治疗。7 d为1个疗程，观察两组治疗效果。
结果: 中医组总有效率为94%(47/50)，显著高于对照组78%(39/50)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论: 贝蒌止嗽散治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘及呼吸道感染后干性咳嗽有较好疗效。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of Beilou Zhisou powder in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma with dry cough of respiratory tract.
Methods: A total of 100 cases of children with chronic cough who visited the TCM OPD and pediatric OPD of Chang'an Hospital of Dongguan from June 2014 to September 2015 were divided into two groups: TCM group(50 cases) and western medicine group(50 cases). The western medicine group was given routine western treatment of oral-taking of chlorpheniramine maleate tablets, salbutamol sulfate tablets and bromhexine| TCM group was treated with Beilou Zhisou powder. The course lasted for 7 days. Observe the treatment effect in the two groups.
Results: The total effective rate was 94%(47/50) in the TCM group, significantly higher than that of the western group(78%,39/50),and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).
Conclusion: Beilou Zhisou powder has good effect in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma and the dry cough after respiratory tract infection.
