一站式儿童保健服务模式促进儿童保健质量的效果观察

摘要：
目的：探讨临床有效促进儿童保健质量的可靠方案。
方法：2013年12月至2014年12月来深圳市福田区妇幼保健院接受儿童保健的儿童88例，随机分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组给予传统儿童保健服务，观察组给予一站式儿童保健服务，观察和比较两组儿童的服务等待时间、覆盖率、系统管理率以及家长对保健服务的满意度。
结果：（1）对照组儿童接受儿童保健的平均等待时间为（55.45±8.56）min，显著高于观察组（33.98±5.02）min，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（2）观察组患儿的覆盖率和系统管理率分别为72.73%（32/44）和90.91%(40/44)，均显著高于对照组34.09%(15/44)和45.45%(20/44)，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（3）观察组家长满意率为93.18%（41/44），显著高于对照组72.73%（32/44），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。
结论：一站式儿童保健服务模式可有效促进儿童保健质量的提升，具有显著的临床应用效果和推广价值。

Abstract:
Objective：To explore the effective method to improve the quality of health care in children.
Methods：From December 2013 to December 2014，88 children were given health care in our hospital and they were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group，44 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional child health care service.The observation group was given one-stop health care service.Service waiting time，coverage rate，system management rate，and parents' satisfaction with health care services of the two groups were observed and compared.
Results：(1)The average waiting time of children in the control group was (55.45±8.56)min，significantly higher than that in the observation group (33.98±5.02)min，and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).(2)The coverage rate and system management rate of the observation group were 72.73%(32/44) and 90.91%(40/44) respectively，which were significantly higher than those in the control group，which were 34.09%(15/44) and 45.45%(20/44)，and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).(3)The parents' satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.18%(41/44)，which was significantly higher than that of the control group 72.73%(32/44)，and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).
ConclusionOne-stop health care service model can effectively improve the quality of health care in children，and has significant clinical application effect and promotion value.
