闪罐疗法辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效观察

摘要：
目的: 总结闪罐疗法对小儿支气管肺炎的临床辅助治疗效果。
方法: 2013-10/2014-10将营口市中医院儿科收治的支气管肺炎患儿180例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组。其中对照组90例采用常规方法进行治疗；观察组90例在此基础上采用闪罐疗法辅助治疗,疗程为7 d,治疗后比较两组的治疗效果、临床体征改善时间及并发症发生情况。
结果: 观察组总有效率为95.55%(86/90),对照组总有效率为72.22%(65/90),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组患儿肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.66%(6/90),对照组并发症发生率为26.67%(24/90),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
结论: 闪罐疗法辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著,可缩短肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间,患儿的并发症少,操作简单,值得临床应用。

Abstract:
Objective：To summarize the clinical effect of flash cupping therapy on children with bronchial pneumonia.
Methods：Totally 180 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. In the control group, 90 cases were treated by routine method, and the observation group 90 cases was treated with flash cupping therapy on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect of two groups was compared after the treatment of 7 d.
Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.55%, and the total effective rate was 72.22% in the control group, the difference being statistically significant (P＜0.05). Pulmonary rales disappearing time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than the control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05). The complication rate of observation group was 6.66%, and the control group was 26.67%, the difference being statistically significant (P＜0.05).
Conclusion：Flash cupping therapy has good effect in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia,and it can shorten the disappearance time of lung rale and hospitalization time with fewer complications and simple operation, which is worthy of clinical application.
