Abstract:
objective
To explore the intervention effect of oral rehabilitation nursing on children with cerebral palsy combined with dysphagia.
Methods
Totally 60 cases with cerebral palsy and dysphagia were selected from January 2016 to October in Shenyang Children's Hospital, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were given routine nursing, and the observation group was also given oral rehabilitation nursing. The total clinical effective rate of the two groups after nursing and the difference in the score the swallowing barrier questionnaire(DDS) before and after the nursing were compared.
Results
The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%(29/30), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The  DDS scores in both groups after nursing were lower than before nursing, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05); after oral rehabilitation nursing, the DDS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion
Oral rehabilitation nursing can obviously improve the swallowing function of children with cerebral palsy combined with dysphagia, and improve the clinical symptoms.
