Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of guided education mode in rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 86 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Tanggangzi Hospital of Anshan from February 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group. In the observation group, guided education mode was adopted, while in the control group, basic rehabilitation therapy was carried out; evaluate the curative effect of the two groups. The gross motor function test scale (GMFM), Gesell development score and Barthel index were observed before and after treatment. Results The disease control rate of the observation group was 93.0%(40/43), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.1%,31/43), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the GMFM score, Gesell development score and Barthel index of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Guided education mode in rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy is helpful to improve motor function and the treatment results, and promote disease rehabilitation, which is worth learning.
