二丁酰环磷腺苷钙佐治轮状病毒肠炎致心肌损害疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察二丁酰环磷腺苷钙佐治轮状病毒肠炎并发心肌损害的临床疗效。
方法：合并心肌损害的轮状病毒肠炎患儿126例，随机分为对照组和观察组各63例。两组患儿入院后均给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙注射液，疗程为7 d，观察两组患儿治疗前后的心电图、心肌酶的改变情况。
结果：治疗后两组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)均较治疗前改善，但观察组改善情况较对照组更明显(P<0.05);观察组心电图恢复正常率95.83%（23/24),与对照组92.00%（23/25）比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组与对照组总有效率分别为95.24%（60/63）和77.78%（49/63），差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论：二丁酰环磷腺苷钙对轮状病毒肠炎致心肌损害有明显的保护作用，为患儿的心肌损伤修复提供了良好的治疗手段

Abstract:


Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosph-ate in adjuvant treatment myocardial damage due to rotavirus enteritis.
Methods： Totally 126 pedeatric patients with rotavirus enteritis who were complicated with myocardial damage were randomly divided into treatment group(63 cases) and control group(63 cases).Both groups were given routine treatment.Based on this，treatment group was treated with calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate for 7 days. ECG, cardiac enzymes and treatment efficiency were observed.
Results：Myocardial enzyme levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment，and the treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05),and the ECG recovery rates in treatment group(95.83%) was higher than that in control group(92.00%)(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(95.24%) was obviously higher than that of the control group(77.78%)(P< 0.05).
Conclusion： calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate have an obvious protective effect on pedeatric rotavirus enteritis complicated with myocardial damage,It provides a good treatment method for the repair of myocardial damage in children.
