喜炎平注射液联合布地奈德混悬液超声雾化 吸入辅助治疗儿童支气管肺炎疗效观察

Effect of Xiyanping injection combined with budesonide suspension inhalation on neonatal bronchopneumonia in children

摘要:
目的:观察喜炎平注射液联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液超声雾化吸入辅助治疗儿童肺炎的临床疗效。
方法:将住院后确诊为支气管肺炎的180例患儿随机分成观察组和对照组各90例,在给予相同的国家肺炎诊疗路径规定的规范治疗的基础上,观察组患儿加用喜炎平联合布地奈德超声雾化吸入辅助治疗,对照组不做任何改变,1周后对比两组患者的治疗效果。
结果:观察组总有效率91.11%(82/90),对照组总有效率55.56%(50/90),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复正常时间、咳喘消失时间、啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论: 喜炎平注射液联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液超声雾化吸入辅助治疗儿童肺炎的效果显著,推荐临床医生参考。

Abstract:


Objective :To detect the actual efficacy of treating children′s pneumonia with inhaled budesonide and Xingyanping injection.
Methods: Randomly divide 180 children admitted to hospital who where diagnosed with pneumonia into two groups: group A(observation group) and group B(control group).Based on the same conventional therapy in line with national pneumonia diagnosis and treatment path,additionally treat group A with inhaled budesonide and Xiyanping.After one week,compare the treating effects of two groups.
Results:The total effective rate was 91.11% and 55.56% in group A and group B,respectively,which was higher in group A than in group B(P<0.05).Group A body temperature recovery time, cough disappearance time rales disappeared time were shorter than group B, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion: The treatment for children′s pneumonia with additional inhaled budesonide and Xiyanping injection results in higher therapeutic effect and is recommended in clinical use.
