传染病住院患儿临床心理护理观察

摘要:
目的:观察总结住院传染病患儿对心理护理干预的治疗满意效果。
方法:选取74例住院传染病患儿为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各37例,两组在采用常规治疗及护理传染病的基础上,观察组针对住院患儿的不同性格特点,进行心理干预护理,同时对患儿家长给予一定的心理健康辅导。患儿出院时调查两组的护理满意度。
结果:两组患儿护理结果满意度比较,观察组优于对照组,比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论:积极治疗传染病,加强心理护理干预,能使患儿心情愉悦,有利于康复。

Abstract:


Objective :To observe and summarize the satisfaction of children in hospital with infectious diseases who received psychological nursing intervention.
Methods:Totally 74 hospitalized children with infectious diseases were chosen as the observation subjects,and they were divided into observation group(37 cases) and control group(37 cases) according to random table method.Both groups were given conventional treatment and nursing care for infectious diseases,and the children in observation group received psychological nursing intervention based on the different characters of children;meanwhile,the parents were given some psychological health education.The satisfaction was investigated in the two groups when the children were discharged from hospital.
Results: The satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical(P<0.05).
Conclusion: It will make the children happy to strengthen psychological nursing intervention while providing treatment for infectious diseases,which is beneficial to the recovery of children.
