固本止哮方防治支气管哮喘的实验研究

Experimental study on the prevention and treatment effect of Guben Zhixiao prescription on bronchial asthma

摘要:
目的:观察固本止哮方对幼龄大鼠哮喘的预防作用。
方法:取幼龄大鼠100只,筛选出60只,并按随机数字表法将其分为5组,空白组、模型组、固本止哮方高剂量组、固本止哮方低剂量组、固本咳喘胶囊对照组,每组12只。空白组、模型组生理盐水灌胃28 d,余各组灌药28 d。除空白组外,余各组制备哮喘模型(采用卵白蛋白腹腔注射致敏与雾化吸入激发的方法)。观察灌胃第14天对大鼠引喘潜伏期的影响,大鼠首次与1%卵白蛋白气雾接触是否出现哮喘症状并记录哮喘等级,比较激发后各组诱发哮喘(3级)发生率。
结果:(1)用药灌胃预防14 d后与模型组比较,固本止哮方高、低剂量组引喘潜伏期较长且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)大鼠首次与1%卵白蛋白气雾接触与模型组比较,固本止哮方高、低剂量组哮喘等级明显有减轻趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)在激发第4、7天,与模型组比较,固本止哮方高、低剂量组3级哮喘发生率明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论:固本止哮方能延长大鼠引喘潜伏期,降低大鼠哮喘发生率,减轻哮喘发生程度,对幼龄大鼠哮喘具有较好的防治作用。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of Guben Zhixiao prescription in the prevention of asthma in young rats.
Methods:Take 100 young rats,but select only 60,who were divided into 5 groups randomly;the blank group and the model group were given physiological saline stomach irrigation for 28 days,the other 3 groups with 28 days of medicine irrigation.Except the blank group,asthma model was made in all the other groups(by egg albumin all(OVA) intraperitoneal injection sensitization and  atomization inhalation stimulation).Observe the effect of irrigation in rat stomach on day 14 on the incubation period;when rats had contact with 1% OVA smog for the first time observe if there was symptoms of asthma and record the level,compare the asthma incidence(level 3) among the groups.
Results:(1)After 14 days of irrigation and compared with the model group,Guben Zhixiao prescription in large or small dose had longer incubation period,which had significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the model group at the first time of contact between rat and 1% OVA aerosol,Guben Zhixiao prescription apparently reduced asthma level,with significant difference(P<0.05);(3)On 4 and 7 days of stimulation,and compared with model group in Guben Zhixiao prescription in large or small dose group,level 3 asthma rates had a significant decrease,with significant difference(P<0.05).
Conclusions:Guben Zhixiao prescription can extend the incubation period in rats,reduce asthma rates,reduce asthma degree,and has good prevention and cure effect on the young rats asthma.
