家庭护理干预对哮喘患儿的应用价值分析

摘要： 目的 总结家庭护理干预对哮喘患儿产生的治疗效果影响。方法 将164例哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各82例,对照组实施常规的哮喘治疗与护理干预；观察组在此基础上联合家庭护理干预治疗。随访时间为12个月,观察两组患儿的治疗效果和焦虑程度。结果 观察组总有效率为93.90%（77/82),对照组总效率为65.85%(54/82),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组家属的教育自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分得到显著的改善,与对照组家属比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 哮喘患儿的治疗及护理干预工作具有一定的意义,在常规治疗护理基础上进行家庭护理干预,能取得更佳的治疗效果。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo summarize the effect of family nursing intervention in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods Totally 164 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 82 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine asthma treatment and nursing intervention. The observation group was given family nursing intervention in addition to treatment for control group. Follow-up time was 12 months and the therapeutic effect and anxiety level of the two groups were observed.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 93.90%(77/82), and the total effective rate of the control group was 65.85%(54/82), the difference between the two groups being statistically significant (P＜0.05); in the observation group SDS and SAS of the family members were significantly improved, showing statistical difference compared with the control group (SDS ＜0.05).ConclusionTreatment and nursing intervention in children with asthma has a certain significance, which can get better therapeutic effect when performed on the basis of routine nursing care.
