摘要：
目的:探讨肾上腺素在早产儿PICC置管术后穿刺点止血的应用效果。
方法:沈阳市儿童医院重症医学科2011-01/2013-11收治100例PICC置管后的早产儿，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组运用肾上腺素纱布压迫止血；对照组予普通纱布压迫止血。比较两组患者的出血程度。
结果:两组患儿术后24、48 h出血严重程度比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），术后72 h出血严重程度无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。
结论:肾上腺素应用于早产儿PICC置管术后能有效减少出血。

Abstract:
Objective：To explore the effect of applying epinephrine to the hemostasis of puncture sites in premature infants with PICC.MethodsA total of  100 preterm infants with PICC were chosen who were hospitalized from Jan. 2011 to Nov. 2013 in Shenyang Children's Hospital.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given  epinephrine gauze for hemostasis; the control group was given ordinary gauze for hemostasis. Compare bleeding degree between the two groups of patients.ResultsThe bleeding severity at 24 h and 48 h after PICC operation had statistical difference (P<0.05) between the groups, while there was no statistical difference at 72 h (P>0.05).ConclusionEpinephrine can effectively reduce bleeding after PICC operation in preterm infants.
