急性期进行针灸联合电针治疗小儿急性面神经炎疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察小儿急性面神经炎急性期进行针灸联合电针治疗的疗效。
方法：2010年6月至2014年6月沈阳市儿童医院神经康复科收治门诊及住院的急性面神经炎患儿80例，按就诊先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组在急性期(发病1～7 d)接受针灸联合电针治疗，对照组在静止期(发病8～15 d)接受针灸联合电针治疗。两组其他治疗方法均一致，均给予激素治疗、抗病毒治疗、营养神经治疗、电脑中频治疗仪治疗，最长治疗1个月。
结果：观察组初见好转、显效及治愈时间均较静止期开始接受针灸联合电针治疗平均时间显著缩短，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组治愈率为90%(36/40)，显著高于对照组55%(22/40)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
结论：对儿童急性面神经炎急性期进行针灸联合电针治疗可缩短疗程，提早显效，在有限的时间内可提高治愈率。

Abstract:
Objective：To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture on children with acute facial neuritis at acute stage.
Methods：Totally 80 children with acute facial neuritis at acute stage were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=40) and control group(n=40).Acupuncture combined with electro acupuncture treatment was performed at acute stage（1～7 days of onset） in the observation group，and it was performed at stable stage（8～15 days of onset） in the control group.The other treatments were the same in both groups，such as hormone therapy，antivirus therapy，nervous nutrition therapy，and so on，and the longest treatment lasted for one month.
Results：The time of recovery and being effective and cured was shorter in observation group,and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The cure rate in observation group（90%） was higher than the control group(55%)，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.
ConclusionFor children with acute facial neuritis，acupuncture and electroacupuncture treatment at acute stage can shorten the course of treatment，achieving effect early，which can improve the cure rate in a limited time.
