喜炎平注射液佐治小儿大叶性肺炎的疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察喜炎平注射液佐治小儿大叶性肺炎的疗效。
方法：2013年1月1日至2014年12月30日辽宁省彰武县妇幼保健院就诊的大叶性肺炎患儿60例，随机分为观察组32例和对照组28例。对照组采用对症支持、平喘、止咳、祛痰、吸氧等常规治疗和抗生素静脉滴注的基础治疗；观察组在常规和基础治疗上加用喜炎平注射液静脉滴注，每日1次，7 d为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察两组患儿疗效。
结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率为96.88%（31/32），优于对照组75.00%（21/28），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。
结论：喜炎平注射液佐治小儿大叶性肺炎疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Abstract:
Objective：To observe the curative effect of Xiyanping  injection in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children.
Methods：Using randomized，controlled method，60 cases of children with lobar pneumonia hospitalized from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2014 were divided into treatment group(32 cases) and control group(28 cases).Control group was given the conventional treatment of symptomatic support，asthma relieving，cough relieveing，and phlegm and oxygen eliminating，while treatment group was given the conventional treatment plus Xiyanping  injection，Once daily for intravenous drip，7 days as one treatment course.Observe the curative effect after one treatment course.
Results：Total effective rate of treatment group was 96.88%，superior to the control group(75.00%)，the difference being statistically significant(P＜0.05).
Conclusion：The curative effect of adjunctive treatment with Xiyanping  injection is superior to the single western medicine treatment in children with lobar pneumonia.
