阿奇霉素联合小儿清肺颗粒治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察阿奇霉素联合小儿清肺颗粒治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。
方法：河南省睢县人民医院儿科2012年11月至2014年9月收治肺炎支原体肺炎患儿40例，随机分为对照组与观察组各20例。对照组实施阿奇霉素治疗，观察组采取阿奇霉素与小儿清肺颗粒联合治疗，治疗10 d为1个疗程。观察两组患儿临床疗效及X线阴影消失时间及头痛缓解时间、发热缓解时间。
结果：对照组治疗后总有效率为65.0%(13/20)，显著低于观察组95.0%(19/20)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗后头痛缓解时间、发热缓解时间及X线阴影消失时间均较对照组短，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
结论：小儿肺炎支原体肺炎采取小儿清肺颗粒与阿奇霉素联合治疗疗效显著，患儿症状及体征能快速改善。

Abstract:
Objective：To study the curative effect of azithromycin combined with Xiaoer Qingfei granule in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.
Methods：From Nov. 2012 to Sep. 2014，a total of 40 children with mycoplasma pneumonia，who received treatments in Suixian People's Hospital of Henan Province，were taken as the clinical research subjects，and these patients were randomly divided into control group(20 patients)and observation group(20 patients).Patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin，and the other patients in the observation group were treated with azithromycin combined with Xiaoer Qingfei granule(10 d a course).After treatment，we observed the clinical effect，Xray shadow disappearance time，headache relief time，and fever relief time of children in these two groups.
Results：The total effective rate of the control group was 65.0%（13/20），which was significantly lower than that of the observation group 95.0%（19/20），and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The headache relief time，fever relief time，and Xray shadow disappearance time of children in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.
Conclusion：Azithromycin combined with Xiaoer Qingfei granule in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children.
