中药敷背散按时辰用药对小儿肺炎痰热闭肺证疗效的影响

摘要：
目的：观察中药敷背散时辰用药对小儿肺炎痰热闭肺证治疗效果的影响。
方法：湖南中医药大学第一附属医院儿科2013年5月至2014年8月收治肺炎患儿90例，随机分为辰时组(7～9时)、巳时组(＞9～11时)和申酉时组(15～19时)各30例。3组均给予西医常规治疗和敷背散外敷。治疗7 d后观察3组临床疗效。
结果：3组临床症状均有明显好转，申酉时组证候和疾病痊愈率均优于辰时组、巳时组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.017)；辰时组、巳时组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.017)。
结论：按时辰使用敷背散佐治小儿肺炎痰热闭肺证具有较好疗效，临床上值得推广。

Abstract:
Objective：To explore the treatment effect of chronotherapy of Fubei powder on infantile pneumonia of phlegm-heat stagnating in lung.
Methods：A total of 90 patients with infantile pneumonia admitted to Hunan University of TCM from May 2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into three groups（n=30) according to medication time；Three groups were given conventional western medicine treatment and Fubei powder.The administration time of first group was 7:00 to 9:00，the second group 9:00 to 11:00，the third group 15:00 to 19:00.After 7 days of treatment，the treatment outcomes of the three groups were compared.
Results：The clinical symptoms were significantly improved in all the 3 groups，and the third group had a statistically higher overall response rate than the other two groups(P＜0.017)，while the first and second group had no statistical difference in treatment effect(P＞0.017).
Conclusion：Chronotherapy of Fubei powder has significant effect on infantile pneumonia of phlegm-heat stagnating in lung，and can be widely used in clinic.
