小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合利巴韦林对小儿急性上呼吸道感染免疫力的影响

摘要： 目的：观察小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合利巴韦林对小儿急性上呼吸道感染免疫力的影响。
方法来宾市人民医院儿科2014年1月至2015年6月收治216例急性上呼吸道感染患儿，随机分为对照Ⅰ组62例(给予小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗)，对照Ⅱ组68例(给予利巴韦林针剂治疗)，观察组86例(给予小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合利巴韦林注射液治疗)，另同期选取30例正常儿童作为正常对照组。对比分析各组治疗前后免疫力的变化。
结果：观察组、对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组治疗前CD3+、CD4+、CD4/CD8明显低于正常对照组，CD8+高于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4/CD8改善明显优于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗总有效率为97.7%(84/86)，明显优于对照Ⅰ组83.9%(52/62)，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.017)；Pearson线性相关分析显示，观察组小儿临床效果与患儿CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4/CD8免疫力指标呈正相关。
结论：小儿柴桂退热颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗小儿急性上呼吸感染可能是通过增强机体免疫功能达到治疗作用。

Abstract: Objective：To investigate the effect of Xiaoer Chaigui Tuire granule combined with ribavirin on the immunity of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.
Methods：A total of 216 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children admitted to Laibin People's Hospital from Jan. 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into three groups:control group Ⅰ(62 cases) treated with Xiaoer Chaigui Tuire granule，control group Ⅱ(68 cases) given ribavirin for injection，and the observation group(86 cases) receiving treatment of Xiaoer Chaigui Tuire granule combined with ribavirin;another 30 normal children were chosen during the same period as the normal control group.Compare and analyze the changes of immunity in the children of each group before and after the treatment.
Results：Before treatment，CD3+，CD4+，and CD4/CD8 were remarkably lower in observation group and control group Ⅰ and Ⅱ than in normal control group，while CD8+ was higher，the difference being of statistical significance(P＜0.05)；the improvement of CD3+，CD4+，CD8+，and CD4/CD8 in observation group was better than in control group Ⅰ and Ⅱ，and the difference being statistically significant(P＜0.05);the total effective rate in observation group was 97.7%(84/86)，remarkably higher than control group Ⅰ(83.9%，52/62)，the difference being statistical significant(P＜0.017);Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that the clinical effect in child patients was positively related to the immunity indexes of CD3+，CD4+，CD8+ and CD4/CD8.
ConclusionThe treatment with Xiaoer Chaigui Tuire granule combined with ribavirin for acute upper respiratory tract infection is probably through enhancing the immune function of human body.
