摘要/Abstract

摘要： 紫癜性肾炎是儿科常见的继发性肾小球疾病之一，肾小球滤过膜通透性增高，使大量血浆蛋白漏出，超过肾小管的重吸收能力排出体外，形成蛋白尿。丁樱教授认为紫癜肾性蛋白尿的本证在于脾肾亏虚，标证在于血瘀等余邪为患，“热”“瘀”“虚”贯穿疾病的始终，综合多年临床经验，辨证施治，脉证结合，随证用方，灵活加用芡实、益母草配伍加减，健脾补肾，活血化瘀，取得良好的疗效

Abstract: Purpura nephritis is one of the common secondary glomerular diseases in pediatrics.The permeability of glomerular filtration membrane increases，a large amount of plasma protein leaks out，which exceeds the renal tubular reabsorption capacity and is discharged out of the body，forming proteinuria.Professor Ding thinks that the nature of purpura renal proteinuria lies in the spleen and kidney deficiency，so based on years of clinical experience，she uses Gordon fruit and motherwort flexibly to strengthen the spleen and promote blood circulation，which results in good effect.
