咳喘灵泡腾片治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察咳喘灵泡腾片治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。
方法：2015年1月20日至2015年11月4日南京医科大学第三附属医院儿科收治住院的肺炎患儿188例，随机分为观察组93例和对照组95例。对照组采用常规西医治疗。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予小儿咳喘灵泡腾片口服，7～10 d为1个疗程。观察两组患儿的疾病总体疗效、中医证候总疗效，发热、咳嗽、咳痰及肺部啰音起效、消失时间、住院时间。
结果：观察组患儿在疾病总体疗效、中医证候疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）；观察组住院时间为低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）；观察组咳嗽、咳痰及肺部啰音起效、消失时间较对照组快，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。
结论：咳喘灵泡腾片佐治小儿肺炎具有止咳、化痰，促进肺部啰音吸收，缩短疗程等优点。

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Kechuanling effervescent tablets in treating children with pneumonia.
Methods:A randomized controlled trial was used.Totally 188 cases of children with pneumonia were divided into observation group(93 cases) and the control group(95 cases).The observation group was given Kechuanling Effervescent Tablets combined with basic treatment,and the control group was treated only by basic treatment,then evaluate these two groups of children with the disease concerning overall curative effect,Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy,disappearance time of fever and cough effect and hospital days.
Results:The observation group was better than the control group concerning the overall efficiency and effect on Chinese syndromes,the difference being statistical(P<005).The effect time and the disappearance time of cough,expectoration and lung roles was shorter in the observation group,and there was statistical difference(P<005).
Conclusion:Kechuanling effervescent tablets has the effect of relieving cough,reducing sputum,promoting the absorption of lung roles and shortening the treatment course in the treatment of children with pneumonia.
