独参汤对小儿重症病毒性心肌炎的疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察独参汤在小儿重症病毒性心肌炎患儿治疗中的临床疗效。
方法：2014年1月至2015年6月驻马店市中心医院儿童重症监护室收治的病毒性心肌炎患儿16例，随机分为观察组和对照组各8例。对照组采用西药进行治疗，观察组则加用独参汤进行治疗，疗程2周。对比两组治疗效果及肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白的变化。结果
观察组疗效显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。两组治疗后肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白均显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<005）；观察组肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。两组均未见不良反应。
结论：临床上加用独参汤的治疗方案对该病进行治疗有着显著的治疗效果，并且安全性较高。

Abstract:
Objective:Observe the clinical effects of treatment for severe paediatric viral myocarditis with Dushen decoction.
Methods:We divided 16 children with severe viral myocarditis into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with conventional western medicine along with Dushen decoction.After two weeks of treatment,observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment on the above two groups,and the changes in troponin and creatine kinase isoenzyme.
Results:The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group with statistical difference(P<005).Both the two groups have shown significant decrease in troponin and creatine kinase isoenzyme after treatment,with the observation group much lower than the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<005).No adverse reaction occurred in both groups.
Conclusion:The treatment for severe paediatric viral myocarditis with Dushen decoction can produce definite curative effects and is safer.
