沙棘干乳剂治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察沙棘干乳剂辅助治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。
方法：2014年1月至2015年1月漯河市第二人民医院儿科门诊收治肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿120例，随机分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组给予口服阿莫西林克拉维酸钾分散片治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服沙棘干乳剂，疗程10 d。观察两组临床症状、体征、疼痛缓解时间以及疗效。
结果：观察组治愈率为883%(53/60)，显著高于对照组517%(31/60)，差异有统计学意义(P<001)。观察组疼痛缓解时间为(20±15)d，显著低于对照组(30±13)d，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。观察组治疗后腹痛程度、脐周压痛程度、食欲减退程度改善情况均好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。
结论：沙棘干乳剂治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效显著，可有效缓解本病临床症状、体征，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of sea-buckthorn dry emulsion in auxiliary treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis.
Methods:Select 120 cases of children diagnosed with mesenteric lymphadenitis，and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was given amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium dispersible tablets orally taken.Observation group was added sea-buckthorn dry emulsion.The course was 10 d.Observe clinical symptoms,signs,pain relief time and curative effect of two groups.
Results:The curative rate of the observation group was 883%(53/60),which was significantly higher than that of the control group［517%(31/60)］,and the difference was statistically significant.In observation group pain relief time after treatment was(20±15)d,which was shorter than that of control group(30±13)d.The improvement in clinical symptoms and signs was better in observation group than in control group(P<005).
Conclusion:The treatment with sea-buckthorn dry emulsion for pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis is of significant effect,and it can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and signs of the disease,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
