西黄丸治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察西黄丸治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效和安全性。
方法：2014年1月至11月盘锦市中心医院儿科收治60例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组给予西黄丸口服，对照组给予利巴韦林颗粒口服，疗程均为7 d。观察两组腹痛缓解时间、治疗前后淋巴结改善情况及临床疗效、不良反应。
结果：观察组腹痛消失时间为(181±098)d，显著低于对照组(296±126)d，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。两组治疗后肠系膜淋巴结长径与短径均较治疗前减小，差异有统计学意义(P<005)；观察组治疗后肠系膜淋巴结长径与短径均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。观察组总有效率为933%(28/30)，显著优于对照组733%(22/30)，差异有统计学意义(P<005)；两组治疗期间均安全无毒副反应。
结论：西黄丸治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎既能缩短病程，又安全有效。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xihuang pill treatment for mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.
Methods:Totally 60 cases of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given oral Xihuang pill，and control group was given ribavirin granule orally.The course of treatment was 7 d.
Results:The total effect rate of the observation group(933%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(733%)，and in the time of abdominal pain relief and the time for mesenteric lymph nodes to improve,the observation group was also better than the control group(P<005).The two groups were safe and had no toxic side effects during the treatment.
Conclusion:Xihuang pill treatment for mesenteric lymphadenitis in children can shorten the course of disease，and is safe and effective.
