应用电子生物反馈仪结合面部按摩及针刺治疗儿童周围性面瘫疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察电子生物反馈仪结合面部按摩及针刺治疗儿童周围性面瘫的疗效。
方法：2013年1月至2014年6月湖南省儿童医院收治住院的周围性面瘫患儿70例，随机分为观察组与对照组各35例。对照组进行常规药物和物理治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上进行电子生物反馈仪结合特殊面部按摩及针刺治疗，1个月为1个疗程。护理方法给予心理护理、眼部护理、口腔护理、饮食护理、生活护理，并指导患儿康复锻炼。治疗结束后对比两组治疗效果。
结果：两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>005)。观察组显效率为971%(34/35)，高于对照组771%(27/35)，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。
结论：电子生物反馈治疗、面部按摩、针刺治疗在临床上对儿童面瘫的联合应用，疗效确切，值得在临床中进行推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of electronic biofeedback instrument combined with facial massage and acupuncture in the treatment of children with peripheral facial nerve paralysis.
Methods:From June 2013 to January 2014 in Hu'nan Provincial Children′s Hospital 70 cases of peripheral facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was given routine medicine and physical therapy，while the observation group was added electronic biofeedback instrument combined with a special facial massage and acupuncture.The treatment lasted for 1 month.The nursing method included psychological nursing，eye nursing，dental nursing，diet nursing and life nursing and the patients were guided to take rehabilitation exercise.After the treatment，the treatment effects of two groups were compared.
Results:Total efficiency of two groups had no significant difference(P>005).In the observation group markedly effective rate was 971%(34/35)，higher than that of the control group［771%(27/35)］，the difference being statistically significant(P<005).
Conclusion:Electronic biological feedback therapy and facial massage and acupuncture therapy are effective on children with facial paralysis when used in combination，and it is worth clinical application.
