咽峡炎1号方治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察

摘要：
目的: 观察并评价咽峡炎1号方治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。
方法: 2015年6月至9月牡丹江市中医医院儿科收治疱疹性咽峡炎患儿160例，随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。观察组应用中药咽峡炎1号方口服，对照组静脉滴注喜炎平注射液。疗程5 d。比较两组患儿治疗效果。
结果: 实验过程中观察组5例，对照组8例由于手足出现疱疹而脱落，147例完成了观察。观察组治疗后第3天以及第5天总有效率分别为88.0％(66/75)、96.0％(72/75)，明显高于对照组76.4％(55/72)、90.3％(65/72)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)|观察组在退热时间、疹消时间、咽痛缓解时间、白细胞总数降至正常时间均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)|两组患儿治疗后心肌酶CK-MB、C反应蛋白比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
结论: 咽峡炎1号方治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效显著。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe and evaluate the curative effect of angina No.1 prescription for herpangina.
Methods: From June to September in 2015,160 children who suffered from herpangina were received and cured in the Department of Pediatrics,Mudanjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the children are divided into an observation group and a comparison group randomly,each with 80 children.Children in the observation group took the angina No.1 prescription orally,and Xiyanping injection was intravenously dripped into the children in the comparison group.The course of the treatment lasted for 5 days.Curative effects and adverse reactions of the children in two groups were compared.
Results: During the experimental process,5 children in the observation group and 8 children in the comparison group had herpes on hands and feet,and herpes fell off| the observation of 147 children was completed.The total effective rate of the children in the observation group on day 3 and 5 was 88.0%(66/75) and 96.0%(72/75)，which was significantly higher than the control group［76.4%(55/72)，90.3%(65/72)］，and the difference was statistical(P<0.05).The time for fever,rashes and pharyngalgia to be eliminated and the time for WBC counts to return to normal was shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistical(P<0.05).After treatment,the myocardial enzyme CK-MB and C-reactive protein had no statistical difference when compared with before treatment(P>0.05).
Conclusion: The clinical effect of the angina No.1 prescription for infantile herpangina is significant.
