消旋卡多曲颗粒联合布拉酵母菌散剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效观察

摘要：
目的: 总结秋季腹泻患儿采用消旋卡多曲颗粒与布拉酵母菌散剂联合治疗的疗效。
方法: 收集秋季腹泻患儿160例作为临床研究对象，随机分成对照组和观察组各80例。对照组单纯给予布拉酵母菌散剂进行治疗，观察组则在对照组的治疗基础上加用消旋卡多曲颗粒联合进行治疗，两组均3 d为1个疗程。治疗结束后比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。
结果: 观察组总有效率为93.75%（75/80)，明显高于对照组77.50%（62/80)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论: 采用消旋卡多曲颗粒与布拉酵母菌散剂联合治疗小儿秋季腹泻，具有良好的临床效果，值得推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the effect of racecadotril granules combined with saccharomyces boulardii powder on children with autumn diarrhea.
Methods: From Aug.2012 to Dec.2014,a total of 160 children with autumn diarrhea who accepted treatment in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into observation group(80 cases)and control group(80 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were only given saccharomyces boulardii powder,while the other patients in the observation group were given both racecadotril granules and saccharomyces boulardii powder.The treatment lasted for 3 days for both groups. After treatments,we observed and compared their clinical effects.
Results: The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the difference between them was statistiaclly significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion: The clinical effect of racecadotril granules combined with saccharomyces boulardii powder on children with autumn diarrhea is good.Thus,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
