醒脾养儿颗粒联合梅花针治疗小儿夜啼脾虚中寒型疗效观察

摘要：
目的: 观察醒脾养儿颗粒联合梅花针治疗脾虚中寒型小儿夜啼的临床疗效。
方法: 将60例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组口服醒脾养儿颗粒联合梅花针治疗，对照组单用梅花针治疗，两组均以6 d为1个疗程。疗程结束后观察两组治愈率、总有效率及临床症状消失时间。
结果: 观察组治愈率86.67%（26/30），高于对照组63.33%（19/30），差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)|两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察期内两组患儿出现夜啼症状的时间及夜啼平均持续时间比较，观察组均较对照组减少，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论: 醒脾养儿颗粒联合梅花针治疗脾虚中寒型小儿夜啼疗效好，安全性好，适合临床应用。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xingpi Yanger particle combined with plum-blossom needle on nocturnal crying with syndrome of spleen deficiency and cold attack.
Methods: Totally 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The observation group was given Xingpi Yanger particle and plum-blossom needle.The control group was given plum-blossom needle only.The treatment lasted 6 days as a course.Observe the clinical result and the time for symptoms to disappear.
Results: The total effective rate of the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).The cure rate of the two groups was statistically different(86.67% vs 63.33%,P<0.05)The symptom onset time and the durage were less in the observation group,and the diffence had statistical significance(P<0.05).
Conclusion: The Xingpi Yanger particle and plum-blossom needle is an effective and safe treatment for nocturnal crying with syndrome of spleen deficiency and cold attack.
