增食开胃合剂治疗小儿厌食脾失健运证疗效观察

摘要：
目的: 总结增食开胃合剂治疗小儿厌食的临床疗效。
方法: 将138例厌食患儿随机分为两组，观察组80例和对照组58例。观察组采用增食开胃合剂治疗，对照组采用山葡健脾颗粒治疗。两组疗程均为2周，疗程结束后比较两组的治疗效果。
结果: 观察组总有效率为95.00%（76/80），高于对照组82.76%（48/58），差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论: 增食开胃合剂临床用于治疗厌食疗效好，可临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the clinical effect of Zengshi Kaiwei mixture in the treatment of children with anorexia.
Methods: A total of 138 children with anorexia were randomly divided into two groups:80 cases in the observation group and 58 in the control group.The observation group was treated with Zengshi Kaiwei mixture,while the control group was treated with Shanpu Jianpi granule.The treatment course was two weeks for both groups,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups after the course.
Results: The total effective rate was 95.00% in observation group and 82.76% in the control group,which was obviously better in the observation group and the difference was of statistical significane(P<0.05).
Conclusion: Zengshi Kaiwei mixture has good effect in the treatment of anorexia,and should be clinically applied and promoted.
