盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎疗效观察

摘要：
目的: 总结盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。
方法: 选择150例小儿肺炎患儿为观察对象，按入院编号分为两组，其中对照组给予常规治疗，观察组则运用盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗，两组均14 d为1个疗程，连续治疗1个疗程。疗程结束后比较两组患儿的临床疗效。
结果: 观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)|治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论: 盐酸氨溴索联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿肺炎，不仅疗效好且不良反应小，改善患儿预后，值得推广。

Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the clnical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride
Combined with procaterol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with pneumonia.
Methods: A total of 150 children with pneumonia were chosen and were divided into two groups according to their admission number:the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine treatment,while The observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride in combination with procaterol hydrochloride|the treatment course was 14 days for both groups.At the end of the course,the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.
Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group with statistical differnce(P< 0.05)|the rate of adverse reactions was obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference being of statistical significance(P<0.05).
Conclusion: Ambroxl hydrochloride combined with procaterol hydrochloride has good effect and fewer adverse reactions in the treatment of children with pneumonia,and it can improve the prognosis of these children,which is worthy of popularization.
