80例脑性瘫痪患儿厌食的调查及病因分析

摘要： 目的:总结脑瘫患儿厌食的病因，指导康复治疗，给脑瘫患儿家长提供家庭指导。
方法:2014年3月至2015年8月南宁儿童康复中心收治进行康复训练并确诊为厌食的脑瘫患儿80例。对其家长进行问卷调查以及病因进行分析。
结果:运动障碍80例(100%)，饮食不合理53例(66.2%)，口腔障碍46例(56.2%)，精神因素37例(46.2%)，龋齿35例(43.7%)，微量元素缺乏23例(28.7%)，未及时添加辅食16例(20%)。
结论:运动障碍、口腔障碍、饮食不合理、精神因素、龋齿，微量元素缺乏等是脑瘫患儿厌食的主要病因。

Abstract: Objective:To sum up the causes of anorexia in children with cerebral palsy in order to guide clinical treatment and provide family guidance for parents of children with cerebral palsy.
Methods:A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy who were diagnosed with anorexia and received rehabilitation training in Nanning Children′s Rehabilitation Center from March 2014 to August 2015 were included in the study.Questionnaire survey was performed in their parents and the causes were analyzed.
Results:There were 80 cases of movement disorder(100%),53 cases of improper diet(66.2%),46 cases of oral barrier(56.2%),37 cases of mental factor(46.2%),35 cases of caries(43.7%),23 cases of trace element deficiency(28.7%) and 16 cases of delayed food supplement(20%).
Conclusion:The main causes of anorexia in children with cerebral palsy are movement disorder,oral barrier,improper diet,mental factor,caries and trace element deficiency.
