鸟巢式护理应用于极低出生体重儿的价值分析

摘要： 目的:总结极低出生体重儿实施鸟巢式护理的临床效果。
方法:将84例极低出生体重儿采用随机双盲方法分成两组，对照组42例予常规护理，观察组42例同时实施鸟巢式护理，两组均护理观察20 d,观察结束后比较其临床效果。
结果:观察组患儿恢复出生体质量时间(7.58±2.43)d、出暖箱时间(13.67±2.84)d、黄疸消退时间(12.78±2.49)d及住院时间(20.56±1.82)d均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿呼吸暂停(4.76%)、皮肤溃损(2.38%)、窒息(0.00%)、硬肿(2.38%)、喂养不耐受(14.29%)等发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。
结论:极低出生体重儿实施鸟巢式护理取得显著效果，且有利于新生儿的生长发育，具有临床应用价值。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bird-nest-type nursing in very-low-birth-weight infants.
Methods:A total of 84 cases of very-low-birth-weight infants in our hospital were divided into two groups by random double-blind method:42 cases in control group was given conventional nursing,and 42 cases in observation group was added bird-nest-type nursing.The nursing course was 20 days for both groups.Observe and compare the clinical effect of the two groups.
Results:Recovery time of birth weight of observation group was(7.58±2.43)d,incubator time was(13.67±2.84)d,jaundice regression time was(12.78±2.49)d and hospital stay was(20.56±1.82)d,which were all obviously shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of apnea(4.76%),skin damage(2.38%),asphyxia(0.00%),hard swollen(2.38%)and feeding intolerance(14.29%)in observation group were all obviously lower than those of control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion:The bird-nest-type nursing for very-low-birth-weight infants has significant effect and is beneficial to the growth and development of children.It is worthy of wide application.
