桑菊饮对肺炎支原体感染风热咳嗽患儿诱导排痰液中白细胞介素6和白细胞介素17水平的影响

Effect of Sangju Yin on sputum IL-6 and IL-17 levels in the children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection with wind-heat cough

摘要:
目的:观察桑菊饮治疗前后肺炎支原体感染风热咳嗽患儿诱导排痰液中白细胞介素6(IL-6)和白细胞介素17(IL-17)水平的变化。
方法:2014年10月至2015年9月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院儿科收治住院的肺炎支原体感染风热咳嗽患儿80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组均予以阿奇霉素静脉滴注,同时予以3%高渗盐水雾化诱导排痰,观察组加用桑菊饮口服7 d。治疗前及治疗7 d后测定患儿诱导痰上清液中IL-6和IL-17水平。
结果:与对照组相比,中药组诱导痰上清液中IL-6和IL-17水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。
结论:桑菊饮可降低肺炎支原体感染风热咳嗽患儿诱导痰上清液中IL-6和IL-17水平,减轻炎症反应,从而起到治疗作用。

Abstract:


Objective:To observe sputum IL-6 and IL-17 level changes in the wind-heat cough children diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia infection before and after treatment with Sangju Yin.
Methods:The 80 cases of wind-heat cough children diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia infection were randomly divided into control group(n=40) and Chinese medicine group(n=40).Two groups were infused azithromycin and aerosolized 3% hypertonic saline water for inducing sputum. In addition,traditional Chinese medicine group was given Sangju Yin and ELISA test was used to measure the induced sputum supernatant IL-6 and IL-17 levels before treatment and 7 days after treatment.
Results:Compared with control group, the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly decreased, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.01).
Conclusion:Sangju Yin can reduce IL-6 and IL-17 levels in induced sputum supernatant of the wind-heat cough children with mycoplasma pneumonia infection, improve the inflammatory reaction, and plays a role in the treatment.
