哮喘儿童普适性及特异性生活质量问卷评估结果分析

摘要： 目的：分析哮喘儿童普适性及特异性生活质量问卷评估结果。
方法：选择2015年1至12月在沈阳市儿童医院门诊确诊的哮喘患儿42例为哮喘组，对照组为同期在本院就诊、诊断为上呼吸道感染儿童45例。两组患儿进行普适性及特异性生活质量问卷评估。
结果：哮喘组普适性生活质量问卷评估中，哮喘组的同伴交往、学校生活、抑郁体验、焦虑体验和躯体体验等因子分及总满意度分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)；特异性生活质量问卷评估中，哮喘组的哮喘症状、活动受限、对刺激原反应、心理状态、关注自身健康等因子评分及总分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。
结论：哮喘患儿普适性及特异性生活质量现况均不理想。

Abstract:

Methods;A total of 68 neonates diagnosed with sepsis from Jan. 2013 to Jan. 2016 were chosen as the observation group, and 68 healthy neonates in the same period were included as the control group. Enzymelinked fluorescence analysis was used to detect PCT, immuno turbidimetry was used to detect hsCRP and Sysmex 800 blood analyzer was used to analyze WBC.
Results;The value of PCT,hsCRP and WBC was remarkably higher in the observation group than in the control group before treatment(P<005), but after treatment, these values significantly decreased in observation group, and there was statistical difference compared with those before treatment(P<005). The combined detection of PCT,hsCRP and WBC was higher in specificity of diagnosis, positive prediction value and negative prediction value when compared with the combined detection of any two items.
Conclusion;The combined detection of PCT, hsCRP and WBC can be used in the early diagnosis of neonatal sepsis, which helps to improve the diagnosis accuracy.
