健儿助长贴治疗身材偏矮儿童脾肾两虚证的临床疗效观察

摘要： 目的 观察健儿助长贴治疗身材偏矮儿童(脾肾两虚证)的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年3～5月及2021年3～5月浙江省中医院儿科收治的身材偏矮脾肾两虚证患儿120例，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。每组按年龄段分为：3～6岁和7～11岁各30例。对照组给予生活方式干预6个月，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用健儿助长贴治疗2个月。2个月、6个月后统计两组临床疗效，身高增长量、骨龄变化量和不良反应。结果 (1)3～6岁儿童：观察组治疗总有效率为73.33%(22/30),高于对照组26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗2个月和治疗6个月身高增长量均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)7～11岁儿童：观察组治疗总有效率为63.33%(19/30),高于对照组20.00%(6/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗2个月身高增长量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗6个月身高增长量高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3～6岁和7～11岁儿童经过6个月的治疗，两组骨龄变化量对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 健儿助长贴能够有效提高儿童生长速度，对骨龄无不良影响，患儿及家长依从性好，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianer Zhuzhang paste in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency in short stature children.Methods A total of 120 short stature children with spleen and kidney deficiency were selected， who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to May in 2020 and 2021， and they were divided into a treatment group and a control group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Each group was divided into two subgroups according to age: 3-6 years old（n=30） and 7-11 years old（n=30）. Both groups were given lifestyle intervention for 6 months, and the treatment group was additionally treated with Jianer Zhuzhang paste for 2 months. After 2 months and 6 months, the clinical efficacy, height increase, bone age change and adverse reactions of the two groups were counted.Results In the children aged 3 to 6 years，the total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.33%(22/30),higher than that of the control group(26.67%,8/30)(P<0.05). The height increase of the treatment group in 2 months and 6 months was greater than that of the control group (P<0.05). In the children aged 7 to 11 years, the total effective rate was 63.33%（19/30）, which was higher than that of the control group(20.00%,6/30) (P<0.05).The height increase had no statistical difference between the two groups after two months of treatment(P>0.05).The height increase in treatment group was greater than that in control group at 6 months of treatment, with statistical difference(P<0.05). There was no difference in bone age change between the two groups at 6 months of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianer Zhuzhang paste can effectively improve the growth rate of children, has no adverse effect on bone age, and has good compliance in children and parents, which is worthy of clinical application.
