肝肾双排法对染铅大鼠驱铅作用的实验观察

The experimental observation on the eliminating lead effect among the lead poisoning rats by the method of GanShenShuangPai(GSSP)

摘要: 目的探讨肝肾双排法对染铅大鼠排铅作用。
方法运用醋酸铅灌胃制作铅中毒模型,实验大鼠随机分为8组,利胆补肾颗粒高、中、低剂量组、依地酸钙钠组、依地酸钙钠+利胆醇组、利胆醇组、模型组、空白对照组。药物治疗5周后,观察治疗前后各组大鼠血、尿、粪中铅的含量变化。
结果在降低血铅含量和增加尿铅排出量中,疗效依次为依地酸钙钠+利胆醇组、依地酸钙钠组和利胆醇组;在增加粪铅排出量方面,疗效依次为依地酸钙钠+利胆醇组、利胆醇组、依地酸钙钠组。利胆补肾颗粒高、中剂量组排铅作用优于西药组;其疗效与中药含量呈正相关。
结论肝肾双排法具有促进铅毒由肾-尿道及肝-肠道两条途径排泄,从而降低血铅含量,增加尿、粪铅的排出量。

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of GanShenShuangPai (SGLD) in eliminating lead.
MethodsLead poisoning model was made by filling the stomach with the acetic lead. All rats were randomly divided into eight groups: LDBS highdose group,LDBS middledose group,LDBS lowdose group,EDTACaNa2 group,EDTACaNa2+Livona group(combination of western medicine group),Livona group,plumbum dyed model control group and blank control group(normal control group). After all the leadpoisoned rats were treated with medicine for 5 weeks,the change of the concentration of lead in blood, urine and excrement was observed.
ResultsOn reducing the concentration of lead in blood and increasing volume ejection of urine lead,the curative effect decreased from the EDTACaNa2+Livona group, to the EDTACaNa2 group and then to the Livona group; on increasing the volume of ejection of excrement lead, the curative effect decreased from the EDTACaNa2+Livona group to the Livona group and to the EDTACaNa2 group.
ConclusionGanShenShuangPai can promote lead discharg from kidneyurinary passage and liverintestinal tract. It reduces the concentration of lead in blood and increases ejection volume of urine and excrement lead.
