思密达干粉佐治疱疹性口腔炎疗效观察

Observation on the effect of Smecta in adjuvant treatment for herpetic stomatitis

摘要:
目的:总结思密达干粉辅助治疗疱疹性口腔炎的临床作用。
方法:选取2014年4月至9月辽宁省辽中县人民医院儿科收治疱疹性口腔炎患儿62例,随机分为两组进行一般治疗,再此基础上观察组加用思密达干粉在口腔溃处涂抹治疗,每日3次,局部涂抹后10 min可进食,疗程5 d,观察两组治疗的效果。
结果:观察组退热时间、疼痛消失时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率达100.0%(32/32),明显高于对照组80.0%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论:患处涂抹思密达干粉治疗疱疹性口腔炎能够减轻疼痛,加快溃疡愈合,效果满意。

Abstract:
Objective:To summarize the clinical effect of Smecta adjuvant treatment for herpetic stomatitis.
MethodsSelect 62 patients with herpetic stomatitis treated in our department from April 2014 to September 2014,and they were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The observation group was given Smectite powder on the oral ulcer surface,3 times a day.Ten minutes after treatment they could eat.The course of the treatment was 5 days.Observe the treatment effects of the two groups.
Results:In the observation group,the time for fever and pain to disappear and healing time of oral ulcer was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 100.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%)(P<0.05).
Conclusion:Application of Smectite on the affected areas in treatment of herpes stomatitis can relieve pain and accelerate ulcer healing;the result is satisfactory,and it has certain clinical application value.
