蜜芽太极罐吸痧佐治儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效观察

摘要： 目的 观察蜜芽太极罐吸痧佐治儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。 方法 选取2018年12月至2019年4月我院收治的肺炎患儿60例作为本次研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组采用西医对症治疗，观察组在对照组治疗方法上加用蜜芽太极罐吸痧法佐治，每日1次，5～7 d为1个疗程。治疗后比较两组总有效率，治疗后症状、体征改善情况。 结果 观察组治疗后主要症状积分明显小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组在治疗后患儿发热、咳嗽、啰音消失时间及住院时间均较对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 蜜芽太极罐吸痧佐治儿童社区获得性肺炎能提高疗效，缩短患儿临床症状、体征，缩短抗生素使用时间，值得推广。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Miya Taiji cupping on children with community acquired pneumonia Methods A total of 60 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the western medicine for the control group plus the auxiliary treatment of the Miya Taiji cupping,once a day,5-7 days as a course of treatment After treatment,the total effective rate,symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared Results The score of main symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05)  The time of fever,cough and rale disappearing and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05) Conclusion The treatment for community acquired pneumonia in children with Miya Taiji cupping can improve the curative effect,shorten the clinical symptoms and signs of children,and shorten the time of antibiotics use,which is worth popularizing
