Abstract: Precocious puberty is a frequently-occurring and common disease in clinical pediatric endocrinology. TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment has obvious characteristics and advantages. Professor Zhang Xuerong has a lot of experience in the treatment of precocious puberty. Based on the overall concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment, the treatment is mainly by regulating the liver and kidney and nourishing yin and reducing fire, which is combined with soothing the liver and relieving depression, resolving phlegm and dispersing stagnation, and treating symptoms and causes together. Making good use of the pair medicines in the prescription and keeping simple and controlling complexity has remarkable curative effect.
