扶正定喘膏治疗儿童哮喘缓解期疗效观察

摘要：
目的：观察中药扶正定喘膏治疗儿童哮喘缓解期的临床效果。
方法：2014年12月至2015年12月齐齐哈尔市中医医院儿科收治门诊及住院的哮喘患儿100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组予其口服扶正定喘膏，对照组给予吸入丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂或布地奈德气雾剂。两组均治疗45 d为1个疗程，随访1年判定疗效及治疗前后主要证候积分的比较。
结果：观察组总有效率为92.0%(46/50)，显著高于对照组78.0%(39/50)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候总积分显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后中医证候总积分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论：中药扶正定喘膏治疗儿童哮喘缓解期疗效显著。

Abstract:
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Dingchuan paste in the treatment of children with asthma in remission stage.
Methods：A total of 100 children with asthma were included in the study, who visited or hospitalized in the Pediatric Department of Qiqihar Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between Dec. 2014 and Dec. 2015, and they were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 children in each group. The observation group took Fuzheng Dingchuan paste orally, while the control group was given fluticasone or budesonide aerosol for inhalation. Both groups were treated for 45 days as a course. The effect was observed after one year of follow-up, and the main syndrome scores were compared before and after treatment.
Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%(46/50), significantly higher than that of the control group(78.0%,39/50), and there was statistical difference(P<0.05). The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were much lower after treatment than before treatment, and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment, the total scores of the observation groups were significantly lower than those of control group, there being statistical difference(P<0.05).
Conclusion：Fuzheng Dingchuan paste has significant effect in the treatment of children with asthma in remission stage.
