38例儿童尿道损伤的临床诊断与治疗分析

摘要：
目的：分析38例儿童尿道损伤的临床诊断手段与治疗效果。
方法：选取2012年6月至2015年10月湖南省儿童医院泌尿外科收治的38例尿道损伤患儿作为研究对象，分析其临床资料，总结临床诊断手段及治疗效果。
结果：手术结果证实，38例尿道损伤患儿类型为尿道损伤5例(女)、膀胱颈损伤2例(女)、阴茎部尿道损伤6例(男)、球部尿道损伤10例(男)、后尿道损伤15例(男)，逆行尿路造影术诊断敏感度97.37%、特异度100%、准确度97.37%；治疗前后患儿尿动力学参数比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论：逆行尿路造影术可明确尿道损伤类型并据此实施针对性治疗可收获理想临床疗效。

Abstract:
Objective：To analyze the clinical diagnosis Methods and therapeutic effect in 38 cases of children with urethral injury.
Methods：The clinical data of 38 children with urethral injury admitted to the Department of Urology of Hunan Children's Hospital from June 2012 to October 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical diagnosis methods and treatment effects were summarized.
Results：The surgery results showed that in the 38 cases of urethral injury, there were 5 cases of urethral injury(female), 2 cases of bladder neck injury(female), 6 cases of penile urethral injury(male), 10 cases of bulbous urethral injury(male) and 15 case of posterior urethral injury(male). The sensitivity of the diagnosis by retrograde urography was 97.37%, the specificity was 100% and the accuracy was 97.37%.The urodynamic indexes of the children before and after treatment had statistical difference(P<0.05).
Conclusion：Retrograde urography can make the type of urethral injury clear, on which targeted treatment can be carried out to achieve good clinical effect.
