蜜芽太极罐吸痧佐治儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of Miya Taiji cupping on children with communityacquired pneumonia

摘要： 目的 观察蜜芽太极罐吸痧佐治儿童社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。 方法 选取2018年12月至2019年4月我院收治的肺炎患儿60例作为本次研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组采用西医对症治疗，观察组在对照组治疗方法上加用蜜芽太极罐吸痧法佐治，每日1次，5～7 d为1个疗程。治疗后比较两组总有效率，治疗后症状、体征改善情况。 结果 观察组治疗后主要症状积分明显小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组在治疗后患儿发热、咳嗽、啰音消失时间及住院时间均较对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 蜜芽太极罐吸痧佐治儿童社区获得性肺炎能提高疗效，缩短患儿临床症状、体征，缩短抗生素使用时间，值得推广。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Miya Taiji cupping on children with communityacquired pneumonia Methods A total of 60 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the western medicine for the control group plus the auxiliary treatment of the Miya Taiji cupping,once a day,5-7 days as a course of treatment After treatment,the total effective rate,symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared Results The score of main symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) The time of fever,cough and rale disappearing and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05) Conclusion The treatment for communityacquired pneumonia in children with Miya Taiji cupping can improve the curative effect,shorten the clinical symptoms and signs of children,and shorten the time of antibiotics use,which is worth popularizing
