Results
Spastic type was the most common type of cerebral palsy, followed by low-tension type, involuntary-movement type, mixed type and dystaxic type. There was statistical difference in the clinical types among children at different ages(P<0.01).There was statistical difference in the incidence of complications among different types of cerebral palsy(P<0.05).Except for the complication of hearing impairment, there was statistical difference in the incidence of complications in difference types of cerebral palsy(P<0.05). The incidence of mental retardation was highest in the mixed type, and then spastic type, dystaxic type, low-tension type and involuntary-movement type. Visual and hearing impairment occurred most often in the dystaxic type the incidence of language disorder, convulsion or epilepsy and abnormal behavior was most common in the mixed type.
