苇茎涤痰汤治疗儿童迁延性细菌性支气管炎疗效观察

Abstract

Abstract: Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of self-made Weijing Ditan decoction on children with protracted bacterial bronchitis.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2018，82 children with protracted bacterial bronchitis were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang TCM University, and they were randomly divided into experimental group(42 cases) and control group(40 cases). The experimental group was treated withWeijing Ditan decoction，while the control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium, for 3 weeks. The effective indexes were cough symptom score， TCM syndrome score and lung CT abnormality score.Results:After 3 weeks of treatment，the total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.1%(37/42)， which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.0％，28/40) (P<0.05).After treatment， the cough symptom score， the primary andsecondary symptom scores of Tanzhuoyunfei and Feishixuanjiang syndrome of the two groups were significantly lower than thosebefore treatment (P<0.05)， and the reduction effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group，the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment， among the 17 cases of obstructive ventilation disorder，16 cases turned to normal after 3 weeks of treatment，and 1 case turned to moderate after 2 weeks of treatment.After treatment， the CT severity scores of 17 cases in the experimental group and 14 cases in the control group were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment，and the influenceof CT in experimental group was more significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weijing Ditan decoction in the treatment of children with protracted bacterial bronchitis can significantly improvecough symptoms and TCM syndromes， and significantly improve pulmonary ventilation function and HRCT performance.
