Abstract:

Professor Ma Rong analyzes the pathogenesis of epilepsy based on Yin and Yang, and believes that the inducement destroys the balance between Yin and Yang,leading to the disorder of Qi and blood,which plays a most important role in pathogenesis of epilepsy. Children may confront various disease causes or inducements which can unbalance Yin and Yang during their growth and development. When they encounter inducements that can exacerbate the imbalance between Yin and Yang, the Qi and blood shall be disordered and the epilepsy will occur. Professor Ma Rong pays special attention to the children's symptoms and signs, which show the characteristics of the imbalance between Yin and Yang, and proposes the treatment for children's epilepsy by reconciling Yin with Yang. This method can not only reduces relapse of epilepsy, but also improves the quality of children's daily life.
