Abstract:
Objective;To analyze the assessment results analysis of the universality and specificity of the life quality questionnaire for CA children.MethodsA total of 42 CA children who were confirmed in Shenyang Children's Hospital from Jan. to Dec. 2015 were chosen as the CA group, and 45 children who were disgnosed with upper respiratory tract infection in the same period were included as the control group. Both groups of children were assessed by univesality and specificity of life quality questionnaire.Results;In the assessment of univesality of life quality questionnaire, the factor score on peer relationship, school life, depression experience, anxiety experience and body experience and the total satisfaction score were both lower in CA group than those in control group (P<0.05). In the assessment of specificity of life quality questionnaire, the factor score on asthmatic symproms, limited movement, reaction to stimulation, psychological state and attention to their own health and AQLQ total score were significantly higher in CA group than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion;The present situation of universality and specificity of life quality is not very good.
