川崎病的诊断及鉴别诊断

Abstract

Abstract: Kawasaki disease(KD)is characterized by acute systemic vasculitis，which may lead to serious cardiovascular complications.At present，KD has become one of the most common reasons for acquired heart disease in children.However,the cause of KD is still unknown,and KD lacks specific clinical manifestation and the authoritative laboratory indexes.Correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis play a key role in standardized treatment to reduce cardiovascular injury.This article reviews the recent advance in the methods of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of KD.
