Abstract: Infantile cholestatic hepatopathy(ICH)is a common disease of the liver and gallbladder disease in infancy(including neonatal period),and the incidence of the disease is 1/2 500 ~ 1/5 000.If the patient is not relieved,the disease can accelerate the damage of the liver cells,and develop into liver fibrosis and cirrhosis with the progress of the disease.Therefore choosing effective drugs for early treatment is especially critical.Through analyzing the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical features of ICH， and exploring ICH treatment method of the present stage,this article analyzes the advantage of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine,which not only lies in hepatoprotective,anti-inflammatory and immune mediation aspect,but also can increase the curative effect and improve the prognosis.
