Abstract: Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion therapy combining spine pinching in the treatment of cerebral palsy(CP) with spleen deficiency in children. Methods:Sixty patients with CP were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the control group were treated by rehabilitation training combining moxibustion therapy, while patients in the observation group were treated by spine pinching on the basis of the treatment for the control group.GMFM-88 scales were used to judge the clinical curative effect. ResultsThirty days after treatment, the GMFM88 score was 45.27±12.12 in the observation group, which was higher than the control group, which was 40.13±13.05.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%(28/30),better than 73.3% of the control group(22/30),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05). ConclusionMoxibustion therapy combining spine pinching has an evident clinical curative effect on treating spleen-deficiency syndrome of CP patients, which is worthy of promoting in clinics.
