Abstract: Based on the literatures searched both at home and abroad and the clinical working experience, this paper discussed the factors that may be closely related to the development and progression of abdominal purpura in children from three aspects: Helicobacter pylori infection, parasitic infection and food intolerance, according to the analysis of imaging and digestive function in the children with abdominal purpura. This study aims to provide a new line of thinking about the treatment program for these children and to reduce the relapse rate by avoiding contacts with these risk factors.
