Abstract: Objective To study the changes of immune indexes and the serum myocardial enzyme indexes and its significance in neonates with pneumonia. Methods A total of 90 neonates were selected as the research subjects, who were treated in Pediatric Department of Heze Municipal Hospital from Nov. 2015 to Nov. 2016,and they were included as the observation group. Another 90 healthy neonates delivered in our hospital during the same period were included as the control group. The situation of cellular immunity and erythrocyte immunity as well as the level of serum myocardial enzymes were determined in the two groups. Results The situation of cellular immunity and erythrocyte immunity in neonates with pneumonia was significantly worse than that in control group, the difference being statistical(P<0.05).The level of serum myocardial enzymes in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Compare with the healthy neonates, the level of serum myocardial enzymes is abnormally high in neonates with pneumonia, while the cellular immunity and erythrocyte immunity are worse. Clinically the neonates with pneumonia can be diagnosed by the changes in their immunity situation and serum myocardial enzymes, based on which the effective treatment plan can be made.
