Abstract:
Childhood allergic rhinitis, also known as childhood anaphylactic rhinitis, refers to the non-infectious inflammatory disease of nasal mucosa mediated by specific immunoglobulin IgE after the susceptible children have contact with allergen. Because of the changes in environment, especially the increase of haze days, the incidence rate in children is increasing year by year, and the repeated attack has seriously affected the physical and psychological health of children. Prof. Song Guihua is experienced in its clinical treatment, who believes that the disease is caused by the incapability of freeing lung Qi and insufficiency of Yang Qi，and suggests the idea of combining syndrome-differentiated treatment with differentiation of constitution. The treatment should focus on Shufeng, Tongqiao, Wenyang and constitution regulation; meanwhile, the effect of immune regulation of probiotics can be utilized. By the integration of Chinese with western medicine, a better clinical results will be achieved.
