从“痰、瘀、虚”论治小儿慢性扁桃体炎

Abstract

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study TCM differentiation fneatment for pediatric chronic tonsillitis based on phlegm,stasis and asthenia.MethodsAccording to children's unique physical development,and on the basis of the theories that "Chronic diseases transforming to stasis and asthenia",combinded with clnical literature reports, analysis and discussion were made.Results Good effect was achieved in treating pediatric chronic tonsillitis based on phlegm,stasis and asthenia.ConclusionThe incidence rates can be reduced and the curative effect can be enhanced by way of resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and reinforcing vital-qi according to the etiology and pathogenesis of pediatric chronic tonsillitis.
